VISITORS can from this month (January, 2013) onwards access the internet and check their emails while they wait for their vehicles to be serviced or repaired.
We are offering customers
with laptops, smart phones or tablets who use our depot on Wylds Road free Wi-Fi
access from January onwards.
We are delighted we can
provide this service to our customers, as far as we’re aware we’re the only
garage in the area to offer this.
We understand that our
visitors have busy lifestyles and we are keen to give them the chance to receive
their business or personal emails, and browse the internet, when their car or
motorcycle is being serviced or repaired.
Our customers can now use
their laptop, smart phone or tablet to keep in touch with their offices, friends
and family while they wait.
We’re very customer-focused
and family-friendly and have worked hard to create an atmosphere and facilities
that will appeal to everyone. Our waiting area has magazines and toys, and we
have baby changing facilities in our toilets, which both mums and dads can use.
We have also tidied up the
garage environment and made it less intimidating for female customers by
providing a modern, light and airy building with a café style waiting area and a
retail section.
